1. Acceptance of terms
Welcome to BCars Detailing. By accessing our website, booking a service or using any car detailing service provided by our studio in Chisinau, 21 Uzinelor St., you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use our services.
2. Use of services
Our services — interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings and full packages — are intended for personal or business use, in accordance with applicable law. When booking you undertake to provide accurate and complete information.
- Bookings are made by phone, by e-mail or through the form on the website.
- The client must disclose the actual condition of the vehicle and any existing defects.
- Services are performed exclusively at our studio, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Bookings, payments and cancellations
All bookings depend on studio availability and are confirmed by phone or e-mail. The price quoted at the vehicle assessment is final, unless additional services are requested. Payment is made on completion of the work, in cash or by card.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service value.
4. Client obligations
Before handing over the vehicle, the client is asked to remove personal and valuable items from the car. BCars Detailing is not liable for items left in the vehicle. The client must inform the team about pre-existing defects (damaged paint, loose parts, sensitive sensors, etc.) so that the right procedures can be chosen.
5. Limitation of liability
BCars Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays, loss of personal items or actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control. For the work performed we provide a warranty in accordance with the service sheet signed at handover.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — texts, images, logos and branding elements — is the property of BCars Detailing and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent. Before/after photos may be used in our portfolio only with the client's consent.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the services after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are settled amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Chisinau.
